AUDIO-VISUAL REQUIREMENTS/INFO
Each meeting room will be set theater-style (rows of chairs) for sessions and classroom-style (rows of tables) for pre-conference workshops.
Each session will include the following:
- LCD projector
- Screen
- Projection stand
- VGA/HDMI cable connector
You will need to bring/provide your own laptop or other device and provide your own dongles/adapters to connect. Dongles and adapters will not be provided on site due to the number of presentations. If you need a flip chart and markers, you will also need to provide those materials.
REGISTRATION
This is a reminder that all lead presenters and co-presenters will need to register for the conference. Lead presenters receive a discounted registration rate. Co-presenters must register at the full conference rate.
