Over 1,200 counseling professionals will participate and receive continuing education during the All Ohio Counselors Conference 2023. Sessions cover a variety of relevant and timely topics for the counseling profession. The AOCC is co-sponsored by the Ohio School Counselor Association and the Ohio Counseling Association.
Dr. James Knight is a Cleveland, Ohio-based educator, coach/mentor, consultant, author, itinerant speaker/teacher, and equity and inclusion strategist. His work revolves around leading with humility and partnering with other leaders to build dynamic and inclusive spaces where people collaborate, innovate, and engage in fearless dialogue. His primary goal’s to assist in building safe environments where everyone can thrive and bring their best selves.

Encouraging Hearts through Humility and Love
This keynote by Dr. James Knight will move hearts and get leaders fired up to be the change they wish to see in their community. In this keynote address, Dr. Knight will discuss the humility in building authentic community and how the power of care, love, and honor can lift the hearts of everyone in order to create a community of true belonging. What people need now more than ever in today’s working environment are people who believe in them and who genuinely care and are mindful. In this session, Dr. Knight will touch hearts and inspire the audience to show up differently within their respective spaces to make a positive impact.

The AOCC will issue certificates to the email address used in registration within 30-60 days of the end of the conference.
Certificates will be emailed with both total contact hours and separated for those that qualify for CE Credit Hours, Supervision, Ethics. Certificates of attendance can be used as documentation to confirm CEs for multiple licenses and certifications.
The AOCC continues to offer continuing education through multiple sources to support participants seeking license renewal. Please review each session description to identify if it is eligible for CE Credit Hours.
